At Boyz & Girlz, we want every parent to shop with confidence. If something is not quite right, we offer an exchange facility under the terms outlined below.

Exchange Period

  • Products purchased from Boyz & Girlz can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Boyz & Girlz follows a strict No Refund Policy.
  • In the case of a damaged or defective item, a claim may be submitted for review.
  • Once approved, your claim will be processed within 14 working days, and you may choose another product of equal value from our website.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning the product for exchange.

General Terms

  • We do not offer any Money Back Guarantee on purchased items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.

Product Variation

  • Please note that minor color variation may occur due to screen brightness, contrast settings, or lighting conditions.
  • Exchange requests based solely on slight color differences may not be accommodated.

Seasonal Stock

  • Summer stock can only be exchanged with summer articles.
  • Winter stock can only be exchanged with winter articles.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • If an item purchased at full price later goes on sale, it will only be exchangeable at the current discounted price (marked-down value).

Pricing Discrepancies

  • In the event of any pricing conflict, the system-generated price will be considered final.
